About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Northern UK territory. You will be responsible for owning and achieving annual sales targets within assigned accounts, maintaining a CRM system, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and achieving annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Maintaining a CRM system with call reporting and scheduling
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Requirements
  • Ideal sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • CAD/drawing capability is desirable
  • Familiarity with factory site installations and requirements of working in this environment
  • Ability to communicate and present at all levels of the customer organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • UK driving license and willingness to travel
