About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and work with a SEMH pupil on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioural management and be able to provide a safe and calming environment for the pupil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1 to 1 support to the SEMH pupil
- Assist with behavioural management and de-escalation techniques
- Ensure a safe and calm environment for the pupil
- Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to achieve the pupil's goals
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEMH pupils
- Knowledge of behavioural management techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
