We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teacher to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a SEMH Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEND/SEMH needs in specialized classes or groups.

About the Role:

As a SEMH Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Tailoring teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each pupil
  • Preparing engaging lessons and resources
  • Assessing and addressing the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborating with fellow staff members to provide comprehensive support
  • Adapting support strategies to ensure the success of every student
