Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care services to our clients. As a Domiciliary Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of holistic care, maintaining high levels of occupancy, and compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and governance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
- Maintain high levels of occupancy and compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless and cost-effective working practices
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care services and outcomes
- Manage and motivate staff to achieve their full potential
- Ensure effective communication and documentation practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manager role within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of health and social care practices and regulations
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer care
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping
- Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges
