Job Title: Registered Home Manager - Supported Living
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our domiciliary care home in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, governance, and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care, maintaining high levels of occupancy, and compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Maintain high levels of occupancy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless and cost-effective working environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care services and quality
- Manage and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manager role within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of health and social care practices and regulations
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Empathetic and dedicated to customer and their families
