About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care services, tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently match Care Workers with clients based on their care requirements.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the delivery of care services meets the highest standards.
  • Conduct care assessments and reviews to ensure clients receive the right level of care.
  • Motivate and support our care staff to deliver exceptional care experiences.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification (desirable).
  • Registration with the SSSC (Scotland) or equivalent in Wales.
  • Significant experience in care coordination, preferably in a Domiciliary Care Agency.
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
