About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Assistant to join our school community. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our students.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to education and a passion for working with children. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding approach, and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teaching staff in the delivery of educational programs
  • Assist students with their learning needs, including those with special educational requirements
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong commitment to education and a passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient, understanding approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and develop positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
