Vibrant Classroom Support Role

  • Support the development and delivery of lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to inform future planning.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, reflecting your valuable contributions and expertise. Opportunities for professional development and training. A chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students, particularly those with SEN.


Key requirements include:



  • Experience as a teaching assistant or equivalent, ideally within a primary school setting.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN and strategies to support their learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
