Job Description:
This role offers the opportunity to work with a top-tier retailer, managing a double-digit multi-million pound P&L. You will be responsible for developing relationships with senior commercial teams and buyers to identify growth opportunities within brands and categories. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on new product development projects and collaborate with brand and marketing teams on successful promotions and activations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop relationships with top-tier High Street retailers.
  2. Collaborate with Senior Commercial team and Buyers to identify and grow opportunities within brands and categories.
  3. Negotiate trading terms, pricing, range reset opportunities, JBP's and cost increases.
  4. Lead on exciting NPD projects and work collaboratively with Brand and Marketing on successful promotions and activations.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in National Accounts within FMCG, ideally non-food FMCG.
  • Experience or interest within the toy/product industry.
  • Proven track record of growing existing business and winning new business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
