FMCG Sales Manager

About the Role
As a National Account Manager at Permanent Futures, you will be responsible for overseeing one of our top-tier retailers, managing a double-digit multi-million pound P&L.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the retailer.
- Collaborate with the Senior Commercial team to identify and grow opportunities within brands and categories.
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, range reset opportunities, JBP's and cost increases where relevant.
- Lead on exciting NPD projects in the pipeline, working collaboratively with Brand and Marketing on successful promotions and activations in store.
- A minimum of 2 years experience within National Accounts within FMCG, ideally non-food FMCG.
- Experience or interest within the toy/product industry.
- Proven track record of growing existing business and winning new business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Salary up to £66,000 including car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, enhanced pension, private healthcare, and hybrid working arrangements.
