Business Growth Specialist

At beBee Professionals in Romford, we're seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to fuel our revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships to drive results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting for new business leads and developing strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Crafting and presenting compelling sales proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
We offer a competitive base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
