Job Overview
  • To shape and implement the SEN strategy across Pivot Academy, ensuring every child with SEN receives the support they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate closely with SENCOs, staff, learners, and external agencies to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEN policies that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless support for learners with SEN.
  • Liaise with external agencies to provide access to resources and expertise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents/carers and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, able to implement SEN policies effectively. A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring confidence in staff, learners, parents/carers, and partners. The salary for this position is £54,000 per annum, based on a 35.5 hour working week, term-time only.
