About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Seismic Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through profitable order intake, managing customer relationships, and representing sales in the operation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Evaluate New Business Opportunities

Utilize your expertise to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and adjacent market opportunities, including new services and standards.

Meet Sales Targets and Revenue Growth Targets

Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth targets, driving business growth and expansion.

Drive the Negotiation Process

Lead the negotiation process during business acquisition, ensuring successful outcomes and growth.

Deliver Commercial Insights

Provide valuable commercial insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Determine Sales Price Objectives

Determine sales price objectives based on market knowledge and competitor analysis.

Manage Customer Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitor and Improve Performance

Monitor and improve performance, reducing overdue and driving business growth.

Requirements
  • Key Account Management Experience

Proven experience in key account management and commercial roles.

Automotive Market Knowledge

Strong knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends.

Language Skills

Fluency in Spanish or German is advantageous, but not required.

Customer Relationship Building

Excellent skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.

New Business Development

Experience in developing new business and new markets.
