Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Whitbread. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales figures and forecast revenue to inform business decisions.
  • Effectively manage controllable costs and site P&L to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to deliver long-term business goals and objectives.
  • Drive individual high performance through regular one-to-one coaching and development.
  • Ensure all health and safety measures are met to the highest standard.
  • Demonstrate a clear passion for achieving high guest satisfaction measures.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume, guest-facing leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales figures and forecast revenue.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.
