Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and empathetic Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll provide essential care and companionship to children who require a safe and nurturing environment during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the children's safety and well-being by conducting regular checks and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to children who may wake up feeling anxious or unsettled.
  • Assist with bedtime preparation and morning wake-ups, promoting a comforting routine.
Requirements:
  • A strong ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping young people thrive.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic team.

Compensation Package
