We are seeking an HR Transformation Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and growth.
About the RoleAs an HR Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of operational HR activities and providing expert support to business managers and employees. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive HR services, ensuring processes are standardised and consistent
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes
- Collaborating with senior HR professionals to update policies in line with legislation
- Managing monthly payroll processing and undertaking HR administration duties
- Offering advisory support on HR matters and promoting positive working practices
- Implementing effective recruitment strategies and facilitating seamless onboarding processes
- Identifying and delivering learning and development opportunities and supporting the annual Performance Review cycle
This is a permanent position, offering a salary of £32,000 per annum. In addition to your salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service up to 27 days), Opportunities for professional growth and development, Benefits Platform, Healthcare Cashplan, Death in Service and Long service awards.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Part CIPD qualified (minimum level 3)
- Strong HR Generalist experience
- Comfortable working independently and proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word & Excel
- Solid understanding of employment law and excellent relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality, as well as exceptional multitasking abilities
