HR Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an HR Transformation Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and growth.

As an HR Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of operational HR activities and providing expert support to business managers and employees. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive HR services, ensuring processes are standardised and consistent
• Assisting with employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes
• Collaborating with senior HR professionals to update policies in line with legislation
• Managing monthly payroll processing and undertaking HR administration duties
• Offering advisory support on HR matters and promoting positive working practices
• Implementing effective recruitment strategies and facilitating seamless onboarding processes
• Identifying and delivering learning and development opportunities and supporting the annual Performance Review cycle

This is a permanent position, offering a salary of £32,000 per annum. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Part CIPD qualified (minimum level 3)
• Strong HR Generalist experience
• Comfortable working independently and proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Word & Excel
• Solid understanding of employment law and excellent relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality, as well as exceptional multitasking abilities
