At Acorn by Synergie, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Packing Line Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our packing lines, meeting production targets, and adhering to safety, hygiene, and quality systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a highly motivated team, driving best practices and continuous improvement across all shifts. As an Industrial Packing Line Specialist, you will lead product changeovers, ensure the whole team works together to achieve set targets, and report any performance issues to the team leader.
