Electronics Engineer Vacancy

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electronics Engineer to join our committed and professional team.

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for a range of activities, including:

  • Providing technical leadership for established products and new product introductions.
  • Designing, developing, researching, and selecting electronic components and circuits for protecting low voltage DC power solutions.
  • Supporting the technical development of custom product solutions within the technical team, ensuring the smooth and timely transfer of completed projects to manufacturing.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance for electrical applications.
  • Formulating technical aspects of BOMs and assisting with development and approval of production assembly instructions as required.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and other internal departments as needed.
  • Assisting with authoring product specifications and instructions, as well as after-sales support services and providing technical assistance as required to quality investigations.
  • Managing the preparation of technical reports in support of projects and to other departments as required.
  • Representing the technical team at customer meetings and being an integral part of the team gaining approvals and certification of new products.
  • Developing and undertaking product tests and records as required, identifying and reporting health, safety, and environmental concerns as they may arise.

In this dynamic and challenging environment, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, using new equipment and techniques to meet demanding application requirements.

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with proven analytical skills, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with effective communication skills at all levels.

A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (electrical or electronic engineering) is required, and the ability to understand the effects of current legislation on products being developed is essential.
