As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' recruitment and growth strategies, driving business success, and contributing to the advancement of patient healthcare.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively sourcing and approaching top talent through various channels
  • Building and nurturing relationships with industry experts, expanding your network and specialism
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement
  • Utilizing our extensive network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients
  • Developing client relationships as a specialist niche Recruiter, understanding their visions and delivering tailored recruitment strategies
  • Providing market insights, candidate introductions, and competitor analysis to drive a consultative approach
  • Delivering exceptional candidates across retained, exclusive, and embedded projects to expand our business and solidify client relationships

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a Recruiter with a technical background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology and Life Sciences. You'll come from a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience within industry, with a proven track record of billings and success in delivery. You'll possess commercial acumen, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to communicate effectively. If you're ambitious, confident, and motivated, we'd love to hear from you.
