We partner with many of the most exciting medical device and Biotech clients; CEOs, Investors, Business Leaders and Entrepreneurial innovators across the industry, aligning our vision with our clients' recruitment and growth strategy, and contributing to the development and improvement of patient healthcare.
The Role:
As a Biotechnology Recruitment Consultant, you will be introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision and contributing with great candidates, at pace.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively headhunt and approach great candidates through various platforms
- Build introductions, and nurture relationships with industry-specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin & develop your specialism
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment lifecycle processes
- Utilize Selexa's excellent network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients
- Develop client relationships as a specialist Recruiter, understanding your clients' Visions and building an effective recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional candidates – Selected Excellence
- Deliver market insights, candidate introductions & requirements, and competitor analysis to deliver a high-performing, Consultative approach
Your Profile:
We are interested in speaking with Recruiters from any industry, sector, and/or vertical, but a technical background within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology and Life Sciences would be of interest:
- Will come from a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience within industry
- Should be able to demonstrate billings and previous success within delivery
- Should be able to demonstrate a track record within Recruitment/TA
- Previous experience of nurturing client or account management relationships
- Commercial acumen and awareness
- Customer-focused approach; Communication is key
- Ambitious, confident, motivated
