We are a reputable boutique recruitment consultancy with a national presence, specializing in temp, perm, and contract positions across various sectors.
As a self-employed recruitment consultant, you will have the autonomy to work remotely and manage your own workload, with the flexibility to set your own hours and work from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales: Bring on new business, create your own client base, and work to established KPIs.
- Candidate Management: Identify prospective candidates using various channels, create candidate personas, conduct confidential interviews, and assess capabilities.
- Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and develop a sustainable candidate-led strategy.
- Profit & Loss Responsibility: Manage your own profit and loss, with a 60% commission scheme on all billings.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant, with a proven track record of high billing ( £10,000 - £15,000 per month, £130,000 per year).
- Self-Starter: Be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the drive to build a desk from scratch.
- Background: Come from a sales and recruitment background in an agency setting, with a desire to succeed in a leading company.
- Business Structure: Be set up as a Ltd Company.
- 60% Commission Scheme: Keep 60% of everything you bill.
- Flexibility: Work any hours, support your family, and enjoy no ceiling on your earnings.
