Recruitment Consultant

This is a remote position with a reputable boutique recruitment consultancy seeking a number of successful high billing Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding team on a national level.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail, able to work autonomously and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales: Bringing on new business, creating own client base, and working to KPIs.
- Identify prospective exceptional candidates using a variety of channels and create a candidate persona for each open position.
- Conduct confidential interviews and assessing capabilities, build strong long-term client relationships, and research and develop recruiting leads.
- Develop a sustainable candidate-led strategy and take full profit and loss responsibility.
- Develop and implement business development strategies at local and national levels.
- Experienced Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant with a proven track record of high billing (10K-15K per month, £130K per year).
- A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Drive and energy to build a desk from scratch and be results-driven.
- Candidates must come from a sales and recruitment background in an agency setting with a desire to succeed in a leading company.
