Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision, and delivering exceptional candidates. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Introducing and expanding your network to underpin and develop your specialism
  • Managing end-to-end Recruitment lifecycle processes
  • Utilizing our excellent network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients
  • Developing client relationships as a specialist niche Recruiter, understanding their visions and building an effective recruitment strategy
  • Delivering market insights, candidate introductions, and requirements, and competitor analysis to deliver a high-performing, consultative approach

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition within the industry
  • Demonstrated track record in Recruitment/TA
  • Ability to nurture client or account management relationships
  • Commercial acumen and awareness
