**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Warehouse Administrator** to join their team in Glasgow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and trade counter.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a mixture of office, warehouse, and trade counter duties, including processing customer sales orders, credit checking, and providing quotes.
- Deal with incoming calls and build relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service.
- Process and manage customer sales orders, including picking and packing, and handling and checking goods against supplier paperwork.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including booking stock in daily and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide support to the trade counter, serving customers and handling cash transactions.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using computer systems and have a strong attention to detail.
