Job Title: Scheduler
Job Description:
You will be responsible for coordinating the shift patterns of our Care Professionals. This involves regular contact to understand their needs and preferences, as well as liaison with clients and their families. You will be the key point of contact for annual leave and shift swaps. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, performing general administrative duties, and participating in on-call duties.

Requirements:
No formal qualifications are required for this role, as full training will be provided. However, experience in a similar role is preferred.
Additional Information:
Home Instead operates as a team, and we work together to support each other. This role will be based in our office in Clydebank, Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour, and this is a 25-hour week role with the potential to move to full-time hours.
