Job Details

You will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of our Care Professionals, ensuring their shift patterns meet the needs of our clients and their families. You will be the primary point of contact for our Care Professionals, handling their requests and concerns related to their schedules.

Additional tasks will include:

  1. Managing annual leave and shift swaps
  2. Answering phone calls and handling general administrative duties
  3. Participating in on-call duties as required

Requirements

No qualifications are necessary, as full training will be provided. However, experience in a similar role is preferred.

Working at Home Instead

We operate as a team, working together to support each other. This role will be based in our office in Clydebank, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £12.60, and this is a 25-hour week role with potential for full-time hours in the future. This can be discussed further at the interview stage.
