Job Title: Treatment Room Coordinator-Community Treatment and Care Service

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff in various clinical and non-clinical professions. Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide an accessible, high-quality, culturally sensitive, and effective nursing service to all age groups within the treatment room setting. They will work in partnership with other members of the primary healthcare team and service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a high-quality nursing service to all age groups within the treatment room setting.
  2. Function as an independent autonomous practitioner, leading and enabling the treatment room nursing teams to provide a quality nursing service.
  3. Be the clinical lead accountable for the coordination of activities and staff within all treatment rooms and phlebotomy services in West Dun HSCP.
Requirements:

The post holder will require in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency, and experience to lead and enable the treatment room nursing teams to provide a quality nursing service.
