We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Employment Advisor to support unemployed individuals facing mental health challenges and other barriers in their journey to employment. This role involves assisting those on long-term sick leave to successfully reintegrate into the workforce.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £29,777, plus 25 days' holiday and bank holidays, as well as access to a local government pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to work full-time, permanent hours.
