About the Role



We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to support our dynamic organization in the Audio and Music industry. As a Sales Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our world-class leading products.



Key Responsibilities





  • Develop and grow existing B2B accounts within the AV industry

  • Hunt for new business opportunities within existing and new accounts

  • Work from our North London office with occasional site visits to clients

  • Meet monthly sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the Head of Sales

  • Maintain our CRM system, reporting on call activity, entering new client records, updates, and quotes

  • Provide a world-class customer experience in every interaction with our clients



Requirements





  • Consultative sales approach

  • Excellent client-facing skills

  • Motivated to sell

  • Previous experience in managing and developing key accounts

  • Ability to demonstrate success in developing relationships with major accounts

  • Strategic mind and methodical approach to selling

  • Social selling knowledge

  • Relaxed and focused attitude

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing systems
