Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Barnet
Salary: £28k basic, with your OTE taking your package up to £35k
Working with leading brands, such as Sku, IBM and Waitrose, our client creates outstanding print and digital products - publishing content across video, design and social media for brands and celebrities.
They're now looking for a motivated, results driven salesperson to join the team. Responsible for booking meetings and ascertaining interest in Ad space, successful candidates will be curious, focused and a great communicator.
Sales Development Representative benefits include:

Due to the nature of this role, our client have specified graduates must possess strong commercial mind-sets and ambitious, autonomous attitudes that are willing to go above and beyond in order to make their mark in the role:
- Ideally degree educated
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, confident in speaking to professionals at all levels of seniority
- Comfortable in a target driven environment and competitive
- As comfortable working independently as you are in a team environment
Sales Development Representative key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads over the phone, via email and social selling
- Evaluate and map out target accounts
- Engage with and educate prospects on different publications and the benefits of advertising space across all
- Develop mutually beneficial growth with clients on an ongoing basis
- Meet and exceed meeting and revenue goals
- Shadow senior members of the team with one eye on your professional growth
