Your enthusiasm and creativity will play a vital role in shaping the narrative of our clients brand, as you help bring our products and services to life in engaging and memorable ways. Whether you’re hosting events, participating in community engagements, or simply connecting with customers face-to-face, every interaction will be a chance to score big, build lasting relationships, and ensure our clients feel valued and excited.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide personalised assistance to customers, guiding them through the sales process with the enthusiasm and professionalism of a top athlete on game day.
- Memorable Interactions: Ensure that each in-person interaction with customers is positive and reflective of our commitment to exceptional service. You’ll connect with customers where they live, work, or shop, creating experiences that resonate long after the game ends.
- Product Knowledge: Act as the main point of contact for customers, equipped with comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by the company—much like a coach knowing every play in the playbook.
- Sales Activities: Engage in strategic sales activities to drive revenue and meet targets, working collaboratively with your teammates to secure victories.
Qualifications:
- Customer-Centric Skills: Strong customer support, satisfaction, and service skills that foster a winning attitude.
- Sales Experience: Previous customer sales experience is a plus, as we are looking for players who understand the importance of the sales game.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to foster teamwork and customer relationships.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively—think of yourself as a point guard, navigating challenges on the court.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
