Orthopaedic Network Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development of our Orthopaedic Network. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and be able to drive forward our clinical network objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Network Leadership: Develop and agree a set of shared network objectives and a single network programme plan, ensuring alignment with national and regional policy.
- Programme Delivery: Oversee the delivery of a comprehensive and cohesive programme of work, consistent with the network strategic direction and shared objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead regular network and project meetings, engaging key senior stakeholders across Trusts to promote the purpose and objectives of the network.
- Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret key performance data, identifying areas of variation between providers and agreeing remedial actions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships across the network, driving change within provider teams and promoting effective communication and information flows.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in healthcare management, particularly in orthopaedics.
- Ability to analyse complex data and drive forward business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
