Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our 24-hour bake-off manufacturing operation at Délifrance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, meeting and exceeding budgeted targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production team, motivating and developing staff across all shifts to achieve excellence in quality, service, and health and safety.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, and conduct performance appraisals and succession planning.
  • Manage health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external departments to identify commercial opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring delivery of high-quality products on time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production management role, with a strong track record of driving results and improving efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
