We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Commercial Manager to join our team in the waste paper industry. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, driving sales, and maximizing profitability in the waste paper market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the waste paper industry.
- Identify and target potential customers, markets, and business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers, maximizing profitability while meeting customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations and logistics teams, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of waste paper products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to develop and adjust pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives related to the waste paper industry.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or commercial management within the waste paper or recycling industry.
- Strong knowledge of waste paper grades, market trends, and pricing dynamics.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and managing key customer accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives in the waste paper industry.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and industry events.
