The facility accommodates a significant number of individuals and emphasizes the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders into society. It features multiple housing units and a dedicated healthcare area, along with additional versatile spaces for group activities and individual consultations.
Your role will involve collaborating with a team to provide comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative assistance to the Healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input data into the healthcare management system, ensuring timely and precise reports are generated for clinical leaders.
• Assist the clinical team in organizing and managing appointments and schedules, utilizing the healthcare management system.
• Coordinate and track secondary care outpatient appointments and diagnostic test requests.
• Communicate with external service providers regarding healthcare services within the correctional facility, focusing on waiting lists and management of records.
• Process requests for access to personal data in compliance with Data Protection Regulations.
• Manage documentation through filing, photocopying, scanning, and integrating documents into the healthcare management system.
• Establish and maintain databases for efficient information management.
• Attend meetings, taking minutes and managing agendas and action items.
• Utilize various software applications, including healthcare management systems and office productivity tools.
