Job Summary
Speedy Services is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain relationships with our clients. This role involves conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Work closely with account managers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet targets and KPIs to drive business growth
