Care Home Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our care home in the picturesque area of Brecon, Wales. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.
About the Role- Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including Deputy Managers, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel.
- Ensure the environment is compliant with local governing bodies and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve commercial and quality outcomes.
- Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent.
- Leadership and management experience in a care setting.
- Passion for elderly care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.
