Home Manager | Elderly Care | CIW Compliant

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Benefits: Pension + 28 days AL inc BH

We are seeking a seasoned Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our elderly care home in Brecon, Wales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a residential care home and possess a Registered Managers Award Level 4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel.
  • Ensure the home is compliant with local governing bodies and maintains a high standard of care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Home Manager or Deputy Manager experience
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4
  • A flexible and dynamic approach
  • Passion for elderly care
