About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Trading Manager to join our team at KILLSTAR. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our e-commerce business by developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and merchandising
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
