Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online sales through strategic digital marketing and social media campaigns. They will also be responsible for boosting brand visibility, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and collaborating with our web development team to implement new features and technological improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns to engage with customers and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features and technological improvements.
- Monitor web analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for site performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with online retail laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- Stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp is highly beneficial.
- Good mix of technical skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, reliable individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
