About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Project Manager to join our team at Talent Hub. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of digital projects, creating a strategic roadmap for digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development projects across teams, working closely with IT, Digital, and Data departments to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to quality standards.
  • Deliver small change projects for mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work with Marketing and Data teams to research and analyze usage and performance of digital applications, identifying opportunities for new features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to map requirements and maintain processes, ensuring compliance with E-privacy and GDPR regulations.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate A/B and multi-variate testing using VWO (or other experimentation software) to continuously improve business performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of delivering complex digital architecture within a modern software development and deployment environment.
  • Digital strategy and delivery experience, including mobile and PWA applications.
  • Data analytics skills across GA, Sitecore, Hot Jar, and SEM Rush.
  • Background in e-commerce, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in leading and developing a small team with excellent stakeholder management.
