Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £100,000 per annum, plus hybrid working arrangements with one day per week in our London office.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small and nimble global organisation, driving systemic change to end modern slavery and improve lives worldwide. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Board, staff, and stakeholders to ensure ASI remains a world leader in tackling slavery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of ASI's work, ensuring strategic direction and effective delivery
  • Act as our lead ambassador and spokesperson with funders, media, and decision-makers
  • Drive the development and growth of ASI, accelerating impact on the modern slavery ecosystem
Requirements
  • Significant experience of executive leadership, preferably within a human rights and/or global context
  • Understanding and experience of leading systemic change in the non-profit sector, ideally in the human rights field
  • A passion to address the causes and consequences of modern-day slavery, including evidence of deep empathy for survivors and understanding of their voices
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to mobilise stakeholders and build ASI's profile across the world
  • A deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a proven record of building high-performing teams and leading positive change
