Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Foreign Rights Manager to join our team at London LGBT Community Pride CIC.

About Us

LGBT+ communities in London face numerous challenges, but we stand as a beacon of hope and inclusivity. Our organisation is committed to creating a brighter future through community building and advocacy.

With a diverse team of around 150 passionate staff and volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the largest LGBTQ+ event in the UK. Our mission is to celebrate equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that every facet of our community is represented.

Your Role

You will lead our third annual Human Rights Forum, furthering our commitment to global LGBTQ+ rights. Your work will significantly impact our organisation and LGBTQ+ communities worldwide, advancing our mission and supporting individuals on both national and global scales.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working across various human rights issues, a passion for LGBTQ+ human rights, and the ability to create and maintain partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of our Human Rights Forum
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with elected officials, policymakers, and international LGBTQ+ community leaders
  • Create innovative advocacy approaches to address human rights issues

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and flexible working hours.
