Key Responsibilities
  • To uphold and promote Five Talents' mission and vision.
  • To participate in shaping the organisation's strategic direction and policies.
  • To oversee the effective execution of organisational strategies and policies.
  • To proactively manage risks and challenges.
  • To guarantee sound financial management and regulatory adherence.
  • To cultivate strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Compensation Package: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

This role demands individuals with strong professional networks, particularly in City of London, Philanthropy, Faith, Women's Empowerment, and International Development. Although not mandatory, visits to projects in eastern Africa can be advantageous.
