About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Leeds City Centre. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will provide administrative support to our consultants and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our consultants, including data management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage office equipment and ad hoc services for our West and North Yorkshire offices.
  • Develop and maintain office-wide communications, presentations, and employee feedback.
  • Coordinate and manage office events, including social events and team-building activities.
  • Support the recruitment process, including CV preparation and candidate communication.
Requirements
  • Exceptional administrative and customer service experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a vibrant sales culture.
  • Microsoft Office skills are essential.
