About the Role

At SIG Plc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth within our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver new business sales and existing account development to drive profitability and growth within the branch.
  • Regularly engage with our external sales force, warehouse, and credit control teams to ensure seamless communication and order processing.
  • Forge strong working relationships with key accounts, managing their expectations around product availability and delivery schedules.
Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and a proactive approach to sales.
  • IT literacy and knowledge of construction products (desirable but not essential).
