Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Busy Bee Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the Southern region of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our services.
- Proactively identify and pursue new leads, engaging in cold calling and following up on leads provided by the sales and marketing team.
- Represent the company at UK-based trade shows and conferences as needed.
- Work closely with internal departments to create proposals and manage client opportunities through CRM.
Requirements:
- Engineering experience, ideally in mechanical engineering, welding, or similar.
- Previous sales experience or a strong engineering background looking for a transition into sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Clean and valid UK driving license.
