About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our Depot Management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to 30 direct reports, providing leadership and direction for the shift
  • Develop and train reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
  • Ensure compliance with all site Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) rules and regulations
  • Process Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information (MI) reports based on work output of drivers and loaders
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Requirements
  • Management experience of leading and managing a team
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a pressurized environment to tight deadlines
  • Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage
  • PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An understanding of Transport regulations
  • Good communicator and able to liaise at all levels
  • Flexible approach to work to meet business requirements
