We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at The HireWorks Ltd. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management practices and procedures. You will be responsible for receiving goods into the business, unloading and loading of goods, and ensuring materials are handled and stored in line with requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Picking parts from a pick list and ensuring parts are picked and ready for the day's welding build schedule
  • Receiving goods into the business and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Unloading and loading of goods, including the use of a forklift truck
  • Ensuring materials are handled, stored, and in line with requirements
  • Participating in stock counts and ensuring accurate inventory levels
