Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the freight forwarding and customs clearance sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and customs clearance markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on freight forwarding and customs clearance solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
