Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the freight forwarding and customs clearance sectors.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and customs clearance markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on freight forwarding and customs clearance solutions to clients.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
